Site Evaluation & Development Feasibility

As a highly experienced Architectual Technologist, Jenny combines over three decades of residential design expertise with training in property investment. This unique combination of design creativity and commercial knowledge allows her to evaluate the development potential of land, building plots and existing buildings for residential conversion.

Residential Design & Ai Visualisation

Jenny has a trusted track record of designing bespoke self-build homes, new homes, home extensions, alterations, barn conversions and commercial to residential change of use. Jenny will work with you to create your dream home, using Ai software to turn her 2d elevation drawings into realistic visual impressions. This allows you to visalise your finished project and experiment with different external materials and finishes at an early stage.

Building Regulations & Construction Drawings

Once planning permission is secured, we transition your project into detailed, actionable technical designs. We provide a comprehensive package Building Regulations drawings and notes and local builders often recommend Jenny McIntee Architecture because our building regulation drawings are detailed and well thought out helping the build to go more smoothly.

Domestic Principle Designer Role

Safety and legal compliance are now mandatory under Building Safety Act for all construction projects, regardless of size. Jenny takes on the Principal Designer Role under the Building Safety Act for domestic projects that she has designed and has completed Building Regulations drawings and application.
